Oboe d'amore, upper joint only. African blackwood (grenadilla) with nickel silver reed receiver and keywork. Cork lapped tenon. Keys with circular flat flaps and leather/cork pads. Barret system. Inscription, stamped and highlighted in gold paint: BARRET/A LONDRES/BREVETE/TRIEBERT/A PARIS; with a castle motif beneath.
