Oboe. Nominal pitch: C. Rosewood with nickel silver reed receiver, keywork and ferrules. Two joints: upper joint and integrated lower joint/bell. Cork lapped tenon. Conservatiore system fingering. Combined thumbplate, articulated cross-F key closed by brille and C key, articulated G. Unusual long bell shape. Upper joint is stamped: BREVETE/TRIEBERT/A PARIS; Lower joint/bell is stamped: BREVETE/TRIEBERT; Both inscriptions incorporate a castle motif beneath the word BREVETE.
