Clarinet. Nominal pitch: B-flat. Boxwood body and black woodmouthpiece. Brass keywork and ivory ferrules. Five pieces: mouthpiece, barrel, left hand joint, integral right hand/lower joint, bell. Very short barrel section with two ivory ferrules. Twelve keys, ten mounted in blocks and two in saddles. Keys have round flat flaps. Long keys rollered. Mouthpiece not grooved for thread ligature. Left hand joint, integral right hand/lower joint and bell have 'MONZANI/LONDON' stamp, surmounted by the device of a crown.
