Harmonium
Harmonina, portable harmonium. Three octave keyboard (F-f'') with wooden keys faced with ivory and ebony. 5 stops controlled by levers surmounted by spherical ivory buttons, marked: Crescendo; Tremolo; Harmonia Brevete SGDG; Celeste C; Forte Fixe F. Mahogany body with ormolu handles. Rectangular brass reed beds screwed to action, with double riveted brass tongues. In front of the keyboard and behind it is a pair of bellows with black embossed papers. Front Ormolu Plaque: Debain a Paris; Base is stamped: Debain, Place Lafayette, Paris 973; Serial number: 973.
