Banam; fiddle
Banam, one stringed fiddle, carved from a single piece of wood. The neck is very short, terminating in a cubic peg-box. The lower part of the body is covered by a small table of skin attached by means of wooden pegs. The upper body cavity is open. One gut string. The bridge is flat topped.
