Melodeon
Melodeon, diatonic button accordion, ‘pine tree’ brand. Black wood ends, 10.25x5.5in/260x140mm. Right-hand end has 10 metal-tipped wood buttons, open metal pallets, three metal reed bank levers. Left-hand end has 2 bass and 1 air button. Brass reeds. 11-fold bellows, including two thick folds, with metal corners and dark red papers. Later straps. Reed bank levers labelled: 'Schulze marke', with a tree. Bellows embossed: 'Ludwig Accordeon', and metal corners stamped: 'Gebr. Ludwig Accordeon, Registered trade mark [tree]. Made in Germany'. No serial number.
