The body angled at the barrel socket and at the middle socket: boxwood, stained reddish-brown; black or greenish horn mounts; the bell with a turned unmounted rim; horn thumb rest: 7 brass keys with plain square covers mounted in turned blocks including throat G sharp: the associated ebonite mouthpiece and boxwood cap not authentic.
