French flageolet
Boxwood pipes and mouthpiece; stock of darker brown wood: three pipes of equal length inserted side by side in a rectangular stock, the centre pipe that of a keyless French flageolet with four almost equal finger holes and two thumb holes; the outer pipes without finger holes or communicating passages in the stock though themselves functional.
