Method of hair tightening: simple screw mechanism, no ferrule. Stick: made of brazil wood; cross section: round bottom for entire length; only slight concavity; black leather wrapping at frog. Head:‘swan’ type, triangular plane; facing plain, with trapezoidal wedge; elongated almond shape; contour of the outer edge rounded; tip raised. Frog: made of ivory; trapezoidal plane; inner c-shape undercutting; screw cap made of ivory, rounded, cross-section narrowing in the middle; screw made of iron; eyelet of brass. Stick slightly twisted.
