Method of hair tightening: frog and hair missing. Stick: made of dark brown/burgundy wood; cross section round, octagonal for c. 220mm at frog end; grip double padded with black leather (two steps), no thread winding. Head: facing: ivory strip embracing the tip; triangular plane; hollowed hole for trapezoid plug. Frog: missing.
