Amulet (omamori) (a) in the form of a small pouch (with contents), made with brocaded silk with, on a pale yellow background, motifs of a pumpkin and the words 'boke fuji' (to ward off senility) on the front and yellow, green and orange gourds with the temple's name, Ishite-ji, on the back. The pouch is closed with a knot made of white silk cord. A metal ring is clipped to the top of the amulet and on which hang a multicoloured plaited cord (used to attach the amulet in use) and a bell. The amulet is sold mounted on a card (b) with added information on the function of the amulet.
