Bronze bell of the type called zhong. The present bell is known as Lü zhong due to its inscription. The bell carries three different types of decoration. On the flat top are tightly packed interlaced dragons. Compresses spirals fill the registers between the bosses. At the mouth of the bell a taotie face, constructed from snakes, lies upside down.
