Practice chanter, Scottish.
Technical description: Brass, made up with two cylindrical tubes, one fitting into the other and closed off at each end; outer diameter 13, inner diameter 4.5. The finger-holes in each cylinder are connected with brass tubing. Unfinished and showing file marks over the finger-holes.
