Orchestral horn
Technical description: 3-valve model with 1st valve descending two semitones, 2nd valve descending one semitone and 3rd valve ascending two semitones. Silver-plated brass. Bell garland width 27. Three crooks associated with this instrument are (3198a) for F, two-coil, silver-plated and probably original, (3198b) for F, one coil, silver-plated, (3198c) for E♭, two-coil, brass. Valve type: 3 Périnet valves. Repair History: Crooks (3198b) and (3198c) are probably replacements; the lower end (c135mm) of crook (3198a) is a replacement.
