Technical description: Blackwood with german silver ferrules, crook, bell and keywork. Five pieces: mouthpiece, crook, upper section, lower section, upturned bell. Black plastic Arthur Uebel mouthpiece. Two speaker keys, one with a chimney on crook. Automatic throat B♭ mechanism that opens vent when throat A and second speaker key are depressed simultaneous. All keys covered with plates, only L1 and L2plates have holes. Diatonic extension to C₃. Csharp mechanism. 17keys, 7plates, 4black rollers. L0: Plate; speaker 1 + 2. L1: Plate; throat A♮; throat A♭. L2: Plate. L3: Plate; cross E♭₄/B♭₅. L4: C♯₄/G♯₅; E₃/B♮₄; F♯₃/C♯₅. R0: D₃; C₃. R1: Plate; side F₄/C₆; side E♭₄/B♭₅; side trill 1-2. R2: Plate + spectacle. R3: Plate + spectacle (forked B♭₃/F♮₅); cross B♭₃/F♮₅. R4: G♯₃/E♭₅; F₃/C₅. Keymount type: screwed in pillars. Keyhead type: modern. Repair History: The mouthpiece is a replacement.
