French horn. Nominal pitch: A.
Technical description: Metal construction: brass; fixed mouthpipe, several ferrule joins and patches; bell with gusset, garland width 36. Gradually expanding bore throughout. Repair History: There are several repair patches on the instrument including a large repair to the bell flare where at one point the bell may have become separated from the corpus. The mouthpipe appears to have been altered and/or repaired.
