Bugle in C
Double-coiled brass bugle with nickel-silver trimmings (rim, mouthpiece receiver, ferrule). Two brass ring plates located at the mouthpiece receiver and bell rim, with a brown leather strap (with brass buckle, button and socket end loops) attached. Tab-seamed tubing. Brass mouthpiece with pronounced rim. Nominal pitch: 4-foot C. This instrument was supposedly captured by the Royal Irish Regiment from the German Army in World War One.
