Side Drum, brass, 1917 (c); taken from Turkish Forces by Lieutenant-Colonel Cecil de la Rue Mears; front with relief bronze crescent surmounted by impressed Turkish inscription; flesh hoops and drum heads whole; brass cord hoops with six brass rod brackets; two snares in twine.
