Clarinet in B-flat
This is a clarinet made of boxwood, in five sections (barrel, upper, middle and lower joints, and bell), with ivory ferrules and brass keywork. It has six flat, square-cover keys (long keys broken) mounted in knobs and lower stock bulge, with flat springs attached to keys. The mouthpiece is made of dark wood with grooves, and has a thread ligature. There is also an original mouthpiece cap made of boxwood. Nominal pitch: B-flat.
