Hi-hat cymbal
This instrument is part of a drum kit. It is a professional grade, 14-inch suspended hi-hat cymbal, "Super Zyn" model, made of bronze (B20 - 80% copper, 20% tin) with central boss. It should couple with another suspended hi-hat cymbal, face to face, on a stand that has a pedal mechanism to activate them. This cymbal has the hi-hat clutch attached on central hole.
