Transverse flute in B-flat (A-flat)
Side-blown flute made of cocus wood in two sections (head and body), with nickel-silver ferrules and keywork. It has six saltspoon-cup keys, mounted in posts with rods, with flat springs attached to keys. It has an wooden cap with cork stopper, an oval embouchure hole and a larger fifth fingerhole. Nominal pitch: A-flat.
