Clarinet

Clarinet made of cocus wood in four sections (barrel, upper and lower joints, and bell) with nickel-silver ferrules and keywork. It has thirteen cylinder-cup keys, mounted in posts with rods, with flat and needle springs attached to keys and posts, with cork paddings. There is a brille key at the lower joint (two ring-key), a straight throat A-flat key, and the register key wraps around the body. The low E3/B4 has a metal roller on its touch. The fourth fingerhole appears to have re-drilled and filled. The top joint and barrel probably do not correspond to the rest of the instrument. The bell ferrule is pressed on the wooden flare. It has an ebonite mouthpiece. Nominal pitch: B-flat.
