Swanee-sax
This is a slide saxophone made entirely of silver-plated brass, with a simple design consisting of a U-shape conical tube (upturned bell flare) that contains a box gutter with a slider shaft on the inside. The box has a small integral crook where a single-reed mouthpiece is attached. The slider is moved up-and-down along the box through a handheld piston, thus producing different pitches.
