Kalumbu
Kalumbu, musical bow. The single wire string is attached to both ends of the curved wooden stringholder. A gourd resonator is suspended from the stick by a wire, and a blue cotton pad keeps it in position against the stick. The gourd has a small sound hole to one side, covered with a membrane.
