Cane flute
Walking stick flute in D, anon, probably South German, c.1825. Stained boxwood, simulated cane. 1 brass key, brass ferrule. Silver head engraved with monogram JMG probably first owner. head unscrews above cork. A transverse flute in D, c.1820 made of stained boxwood to simulate cane. Silver mount and head engraved with the monogram J.W.C.
