Concertina
Anglo-German system concertina. Flat painted wood ends, 6.06in/154mm across parallel sides, with simple drilled frets and brass mounted port-holes around frames. 21 steel-capped wood buttons, glued to levers: 10 each side + 1 air. Reeds riveted to single reed plates. 5-fold leather cloth bellows with crazy paving papers. Coloured bands of paper decoration between bellows frames and end frames. Later straps. Gilt embossed on right-hand: 'AA Scholsz's Union Jack, Registered No. 36857', with 'Britannia' twice. No serial number.
