Red cocus; a fairly simple (probably militaty) instrument on French lines; nickel silver keywork; thumb plate and Barret action; simple octaves; keys on pillars and rod-axles; "butterfly" key for B natural and duplicate D sharp; half-hole plate for LI; compass to B natural.
